Taskflow OÜ (“we”, “us”) operates Supplierbase services. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data and business data when you use Supplierbase services. Supplierbase helps companies structure product catalog data and make it accessible through the Supplierbase Connector.

5. Connector Use

Data processed through the Supplierbase Connector is based on information submitted by the user or their client.

• The user decides which data they share with the service
• User data is not used for training or improving AI models
• If the user connects a third-party AI service (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google), data processing occurs under that provider's terms
• Outputs received through the Connector are informational and do not replace the user's own business decisions

We do not sell user personal data or business data. Data may be shared with service providers who help deliver the service (e.g., infrastructure, email), to fulfill legal obligations, or with the user's explicit consent.

7. Data Security and Retention

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including encrypted data transmission, encrypted data storage, and role-based access control. Data is retained only as long as necessary for providing the service or as required by law. Upon account deletion, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except for legally required exceptions.

The user has the right to:

Supplierbase uses essential cookies for service functionality and limited analytics cookies for platform development. The user can manage cookie usage through their browser settings.

By using Supplierbase, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to the terms, use of the service is not permitted.

2. Description of Service

Supplierbase is a service that helps:

• structure product catalog data
• make product information accessible through the Supplierbase Connector
• support better purchasing and sourcing decisions

3. User Account

The user is obligated to:

• provide truthful and up-to-date information
• keep account credentials confidential
• be responsible for all activity under the account
• immediately notify of unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

The user must not:

• use the service for illegal purposes
• disrupt platform operations
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• share account credentials with third parties
• collect or scrape data without permission

5. Intellectual Property

Supplierbase and its software are owned by Taskflow OÜ. User data and uploaded content remain the property of the user.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or otherwise agreed. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

7. Account Termination

Taskflow OÜ may suspend or terminate an account for breach of terms. The user may export their data before termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". Company and product information delivered through the Connector is informational. To the extent permitted by law, Taskflow OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify the terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
